Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected by an outer mailing bag.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the items to ensure they meet our play-ready standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
